Shipping policy
At KITIKI, we work hard to get your snacks to you fresh, safe, and on time.
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days across India. Delivery time may vary by location and courier.
Shipping Charges:
● Free delivery on all orders above ₹499.
● A flat delivery fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹499. Your delivery charge (if any) is shown clearly before you pay — there are no hidden charges at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available across most serviceable pin codes. To confirm COD orders and reduce failed deliveries, a small advance of ₹99 is collected at checkout; this is adjusted against your order total, and the balance is paid on delivery. The ₹99 advance is non-refundable if a COD order is returned to us due to the customer being unreachable, refusing delivery, or providing an incorrect address.
Delivery Locations: We currently deliver across India only.
Courier Partners: We ship through trusted partners, including Delhivery, XpressBees, and Shiprocket.
Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, tracking details are shared via email, SMS, and/or WhatsApp.
Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, weather, natural conditions, or incorrect/incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery: If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect/incomplete address, the customer being unreachable, or refusal of delivery, re-shipping charges may apply. For prepaid orders, any refund will be made after deducting the original shipping cost; for COD orders, the ₹99 advance is non refundable in these cases.
Damaged or Missing Items: If you receive a damaged, missing, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and clear photos/video. See our Return & Refund Policy for how this is resolved.
